Chemical Dependency
Our team has provided treatment for addiction, abuse, and/or dependency of a variety of substances including alcohol, amphetamines, opiates and more. We don't take the harmful effects of addiction lightly. Since chemical dependence affects nearly one in four individuals, our program treats chemical dependency as a progressive, and chronic disease in order to provide each patient with only the best care.
Respite care
For caregivers who need a little time away, brief, nurturing respite stays in our communities are ideal care options for their loved ones. Our respite guests enjoy the same short-term rehab, long-term care and memory support health care and services our residents receive, including individualized plans of care, activities, conveniences, and amenities. Respite stays also are perfect for anyone recovering from illness or hospitalization.
Therapy Services
Our qualified therapists offer the highest levels of effective physical, occupational and speech therapy. They assess each individual guest and develop a personalized care plan using the most clinically advanced treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Whether guests suffer from mentally, physically, developmentally, and/or emotionally disabling conditions, we utilize treatments that develop, recover, or maintain guests’ level of daily living.
Specialized Medical Diets
We are quite famous for our specialized medical diet services. At each facility, we design a series of specialized menus to fit special guest needs. Allergies, intolerances, medical requirements, and even personal preferences are thoroughly reviewed, and a team of nurses, food services staff and caregivers work together to help eliminate or minimize exposure to specified foods.
Medical Shuttle Service
Our medical transport shuttles and specialty vehicles are clean and well equipped. When your loved one needs assistance getting to or from an appointment, we’re here for you. Our staff are specially trained to serve residents with special needs and disabilities.
Comfort and Palliative Care
While traditional medicine focuses on a specific prognosis, palliative care focuses on increasing comfort and providing comprehensive support. From initial diagnosis through end-of-life care, our palliative care services aim to control symptoms, relieve discomfort, and manage stress for both patients and their families.
We provide supportive care and comfort to complement life-prolonging treatment. We offer help with decision making, while educating patients and their families to better understand an individual’s condition as they navigate their choices for care. We design our senior comfort plans with your wishes in mind to control physical symptoms, cope with the stress of illness, and maximize quality of life.
